本利用規約は、OCxeRu2951（以下「開発者」）が提供するDiscord Bot「Nexus」および関連サービスの利用条件を定めます。本Botを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（サービスの概要）

本BotはDiscordサーバー向けのユーティリティBotです。モデレーション・タイマー・投票・時報・申請システム等の機能を提供します。

第2条（利用資格）

  • Discordの利用規約を遵守していること
  • 13歳以上であること（Discordの要件に準じる）
  • 本規約に同意していること

第3条（禁止事項）

  • 本Botを違法行為・迷惑行為に使用すること
  • 本BotのAPIを不正に操作・悪用すること
  • 本Botのサービスを妨害・過負荷をかける行為
  • 他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ・差別的行為に本Botを利用すること
  • 本Botの機能を改変・逆コンパイルすること（AGPLの範囲を超えるもの）

第4条（免責事項）

  • 本Botは現状有姿で提供されます。動作の継続性・正確性を保証しません
  • 本Botの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません
  • サービスの一時停止・終了を予告なく行う場合があります
  • Discordのサービス変更・障害による影響については責任を負いません

第5条（サービスの変更・終了）

開発者は予告なく本Botの機能変更・サービス終了を行う権利を有します。サービス終了の際は可能な限り事前通知を行います。

第6条（ライセンス）

本BotのソースコードはAGPL-3.0ライセンスの下で公開されています。詳細はGitHubリポジトリをご確認ください。

第7条（規約の変更）

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後も本Botを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第8条（準拠法）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

第9条（お問い合わせ）

本規約に関するお問い合わせは、GitHubのIssueまたはサポートサーバーよりご連絡ください。

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Discord Bot "Nexus" and related services provided by OCxeRu2951 ("Developer"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Nexus is a utility Discord bot providing moderation, timers, polls, hourly announcements, application systems, and more.

2. Eligibility

  • You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service
  • You must be at least 13 years of age
  • You must agree to these Terms

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Bot for illegal or harmful activities
  • Unauthorized manipulation or abuse of the Bot's API
  • Actions that disrupt or overload the Bot's services
  • Using the Bot for harassment or discriminatory activities
  • Modifying or reverse-engineering the Bot beyond AGPL permissions

4. Disclaimer

  • The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties
  • The Developer is not liable for any damages from Bot use
  • The service may be suspended or terminated without notice
  • The Developer is not responsible for Discord's service changes

5. Service Changes

The Developer reserves the right to modify or terminate the service at any time. Advance notice will be provided when possible.

6. License

The Bot's source code is available under AGPL-3.0. See the GitHub repository.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
